Terri Andrews is an interior designer specializing in luxury residential projects in the United States and West Indies.
Terri manages her designs in a way that most interior designers don’t, making her an invaluable asset to any new construction or renovation project. She partners with architects, artisans, and contractors from the initial planning stages all the way through to project completion. Guiding the client team from the outset allows Terri to advocate for her clients, ensuring that their design goals are met at every level.
Terri listens to her client’s visions, anticipates their needs, and stretches their imaginations. She likes to say that she designs “with a twist” which allows her to achieve a special uniqueness with each project, resulting in finished designs that are a careful composition of form, function, and style.
Meet Terri
Terri Andrews brings more than 35 years of experience to TLA Designs Ltd. In 2014, her love of the Caribbean lifestyle, sensibility, and people led her to become a full-time resident of St. Kitts and Nevis, where she has focused her most recent work.
Originally from Northern California, Terri loves to weave her unique west-coast style into each project. She designs with the intent to integrate interior and exterior spaces, putting an emphasis on openness, warm intentional lighting, and thoughtful space utilization.
Terri works closely with her clients from the early stages of planning and construction through project completion. Maintaining this connection from the beginning means that she can infuse her designs with details that reflect the individual personalities of her clients. She is passionate about every project she undertakes and works tirelessly as a true advocate for her clients.
Terri’s passions include travel, sports, nature, and animals. You may find her adventuring around the globe when not relaxing at her home, Sanctuary, which she shares with her menagerie of rescue animals.

Our Team
Cyndi Good is a graduate of the International Academy of Design and is an ASID Allied Member. With more than 25 years of experience, she possesses an innate desire to create and design interiors that exceed her clients’ expectations. In addition to her many loyal clients in the Tampa Bay area, she has worked on commercial and residential projects throughout Florida, North Carolina, Massachusetts, Georgia, Washington DC and Nevis.
As an experienced Interior Designer, she has a strong understanding of how interiors come together from the architecture of a space to the furniture and soft furnishings that fill it. With her keen eye for styles and trends, she strives to create unique designs that will have a positive impact on her clients’ lives.
Kelsea Marie
As Head of Marketing for TLA Designs, Kelsea Smart leads all marketing efforts across both traditional and digital channels, ensuring the firm’s signature Caribbean aesthetic reaches the right audiences with clarity and impact. With over four years of experience in the industry, she brings a well-rounded approach to brand storytelling, blending strategic thinking with a strong creative instinct.
From print campaigns and media outreach to social media and content strategy, Kelsea works closely with the TLA team to highlight the heart of each project: thoughtful, elegant spaces that celebrate island living. She is passionate about showcasing the work of TLA Designs in ways that feel as personal and polished as the interiors themselves.
Kerri Smart
Kerri Smart is a certified Interior Design Assistant and a graduate of Pinellas Technical College in Pinellas County, Florida. With over 20 years of experience in the interior design industry, she brings a deep understanding of design materials, project coordination, and client service to the TLA Designs team.
Originally from Clearwater, Florida, Kerri has contributed to a wide range of design projects across the United States. Her strengths lie in client communication, installation supervision, and design research, skills that help ensure each project is executed with precision and care.
Now proud to call Nevis home, Kerri is excited to bring her expertise to the Caribbean and play a key role in bringing the TLA Designs vision to life. She looks forward to collaborating with clients and helping create beautiful, functional spaces that reflect their unique lifestyles.
David Smart
David Smart brings over 30 years of experience as a Lieutenant Firefighter and EMT in Clearwater, Florida, to his role at TLA Designs. Now retired from public service, David contributes a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and exceptional problem-solving skills to the logistical side of the design process.
At TLA Designs, he plays a key role in coordinating and managing critical operations, including customs clearance, delivery logistics, furniture assembly, and on-site installation. His reliability and hands-on expertise help ensure that every project is completed smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard.
Now enjoying life on the island of Nevis, David is proud to support the TLA Designs team and is dedicated to helping bring each client’s vision to life.
